Unite Students’ new flagship development in London reaches practical completion

Unite Students has reached practical completion on its new flagship development in London. Hayloft Point, located in the heart of central London in Aldgate, spans 24-storeys and will provide beds for 920 students. It covers 29,000 sq metres in total and had development costs of £190m.
Informed by Living Black at University, a major report into Black students' experience in UK student accommodation – with research undertaken by Halpin Partnership – Unite Students has launched a national commission in order to respond to the findings and recommendations at a national level.
