2026 Interim Dividend
The Company announced its half-year results for the six months to 30 June 2026 on 28 July 2026 and declared an interim dividend of 12.8 pence per share (the ‘2026 Interim Dividend’), 4.3 pence of which will be paid as a Property Income Distribution (‘PID’) and the remaining 8.5 pence as Non-Property Income Distribution (‘Non-PID’).

The 2026 Interim Dividend will be paid on 30 October 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18 September 2026.

No scrip dividend alternative is being offered for the 2026 Interim Dividend and so the dividend will be paid solely in cash.
