Scrip Scheme

At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held in May 2024, shareholders renewed the Scrip Dividend Scheme (“Scrip Scheme“). The Scrip Scheme provides shareholders with the opportunity to receive dividends as new ordinary shares instead of cash. This enables us to retain more cash for reinvestment into our business, which would otherwise be paid as cash dividends.

2025 Final Dividend

The Company paid a final dividend of 24.9 pence per share on 29 May 2026.  The final dividend was paid fully as a Property Income Distribution (“PID”) and no scrip dividend alternative was offered.
