Scrip Scheme

At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held in May 2024, shareholders renewed the Scrip Dividend Scheme (“Scrip Scheme“). The Scrip Scheme provides shareholders with the opportunity to receive dividends as new ordinary shares instead of cash. This enables us to retain more cash for reinvestment into our business, which would otherwise be paid as cash dividends.

2024 Interim Dividend

The Company announced its half year results for the six months to 30 June 2024 on 23 July 2024 and declared an interim dividend of 12.4 pence per share (“2024 Interim Dividend“), which will be fully paid as a Property Income Distribution (“PID“).

The 2024 Interim Dividend will be paid in either cash or new ordinary shares under the Scrip Scheme on 1 November 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 September 2024.
