Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement – 02 August 2016

Further to the announcement by The Unite Group plc (the “Company”) on 2 August 2016, Patrick Dempsey resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 31 August 2016. 

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Patrick Dempsey will receive a pro-rated Non-Executive Director service fee up to and including 31 August 2016 at the rate set out in the Company’s 2015 Annual Report & Accounts.  No other payments will be made by the Company to Patrick Dempsey after he ceases to be a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
