Creating a diverse, inclusive organisation is a fundamental part of living up to our purpose. The Commission provides a space where everyone feels valued and accepted, where everyone can participate and fulfil their potential.
We ensure everyone feels welcome, no one feels uncomfortable and everyone is able to thrive and contribute equally regardless of who they are, where they’re from, or what they’re going through.

We give regular opportunities for all involved in the Commission to provide feedback so that we can celebrate what we are doing well, and reflect upon and take appropriate action upon any area of concern.
