How we report
We are committed to reporting our progress in an accessible and transparent way.
Reporting in an accessible and transparent way allows us to be intentional and thoughtful about our ability to effectively manage the risks and value we generate as a company – not only for our shareholders, but also for our people, the planet and society.
In line with the pathway we have set to achieve net zero carbon by 2030, we have updated how we report energy and carbon consumption. This includes reporting progress against a new base year of 2019, linked to our science-based targets which were approved by SBTi in 2021.
We disclose information in line with the European Public Real Estate Association’s Sustainability Best Practice Reporting guidelines (EPRA sBPR).
We take part in a number of independent assessments of our performance on environmental, social and governance issues, including the sector-leading Global Real Estates Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and through CDP, a not-for-profit charity running a global disclosure system for investors.
