Unite retains Student Accommodation Fund award – 13 November 2015

For the second year running Unite Students have won the ‘Student Accommodation Fund’ category at the prestigious Education Investor Awards held in London last night (Wednesday 11 November 2015). 

The panel of expert judges looked for the organisations and individuals who made an outstanding contribution to the sector during 2015 and Unite beat off stiff competition to retain the Student Accommodation Fund award. 

This recognition reflects the performance and standing of the Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund (USAF) – Europe’s largest non-listed real estate fund that purely focusses on student accommodation investment assets. 

USAF Fund Director David Faulkner commented:

“Winning the award gives us at Unite Students immense satisfaction and pride. We know that the Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund (USAF) is a top performing fund but it’s great to know that the sector agrees.”
