2025 Final Dividend

The Company announced its results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 24 February 2026 and recommends a final dividend of 24.9 pence per share (the “2025 Final Dividend”), which will be paid fully as a Property Income Distribution (“PID”). Subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM on 15 May 2026, the Final Dividend will be paid on 29 May 2026 to shareholders whose names are on the Company’s Register of Members at close of business on 17 April 2026.

No scrip dividend alternative is being offered for this year’s final dividend and so the dividend will be paid solely in cash.
